Oregon just decriminalized drugs, so presumably, it wouldn’t be a crime to carry some for exceedingly dangerous recreational use. Please don’t do stuff like that.
Oddly enough, the people advocating for this there think it will save lives, so who knows.
Portugal, where they also decriminalized drugs in 2000, may have concerns about Trump being reelected.
