Governor of NY announces interstate travel regulations which include mandatory COVID testing while saying that people won’t be “free to go” until they prove they are negative.
The way this new process is framed and spoken of is reminiscent of New Zealand before they have established isolation camps for non compliant travelers.
Across the other ocean, the UK government has decided to institute another, now month long, lockdown.
As there is a minimum 3 day quarantine associated with this, even if you are negative, this should eliminate a significant portion of business travel.
